I visited Brijwasi Centrum during my recent trip to Mathura and Vrindavan, and honestly, it was a average experience. The place looks impressive from the outside, but that’s where the good part ends. The food was below average and completely overpriced—definitely not worth the hype or the brand name. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the staff. Most of the staff if rude.. The service felt careless and unprofessional, as if customers were an inconvenience. Being asked to pay extra for a paper cup even after buying bottled water from the restaurant was shocking and reflected a very poor mindset. Basic hospitality was clearly missing. Hotel staff on the counter was helpful. Cleanliness was another major issue. The washrooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities. Even in the rooms, several essentials were missing—no room food service, AC heater was not working properly, and overall zero attention to guest comfort. The location isn’t great either. As a devotee, you expect better when visiting a spiritual place like Mathura. This place survives purely on its reputation but fails to deliver real quality or value for money. I wouldn’t recommend Brijwasi Centrum and strongly suggest doing proper research or asking locals before choosing where to eat or stay.

Bhatura test is good but services horrible prices are highest in Mathura ill manners they do not give you a little extra chole .. very rigid rules they will not give you three bhatura at a time even on payment. Second batura becomes cold by the time you are able to eat first they will not give you one after other they will give you simultaneously. Even paper napkins are not given
