Loved this spot, perfectly cooked pork and beef. And great service too! Chef Aals commitment to traditional Naga flavors brings a remarkable intensity to the table, especially in terms of spice. For those not familiar with the fiery heat of authentic Naga cuisine, beware it’s SPICY. This restaurant is a true testament to the rich culinary heritage of Nagaland, perfect for adventurous food enthusiasts. Alistair is my brother from many years yet. We meet in Pondicherry for the first time quit long ago and then we meet in Noida, I was staying in is flat a months and then I know how his cooking ‍ at home. I made amazing food but always very spicy bot garam hai. I had momo s place also close to saint Anthony hospital in Anjuna who was a small place only but he made very very good momos there. Beef and pork momos. And I will come in two days to testing his new menu with the certitude it will ne good.
