The timing in the page is not correct. They open after 10.30. So i was really dissapointed. I has travelled all the way to explore this place. Please update the timings correctly so that people are not fooled. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered Alfredo pasta with extra mushrooms, beverages and farmville pizza. Pasta was OK though the qty of pasta and mushroom was very less. Pizza was a mess! It tasted stale, the veggies were overcooked and lots of pre sprinkled chilli flakes. We couldn’t eat it. The owner asked for our feedback and we told the pizza is not good, however she just went away with the feedback, doing nothing! She could have replaced the pizza or at least given some discount on bill. Whats the point of asking feedback if you are going to do nothing about it. We left that pizza there only, it was so bad that we didn't even wanted to parcel it and give it to anyone. Owner says if we had told her after the first bite, she would have replaced. Sorry but we didn't feel like spoiling our time there to give feedback unless asked. But if you do ask, make sure to take some action otherwise don't ask. And yes, we paid a huge amount for that spoilt pizza so were trying to eat it unless our stomach said its horrible! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

Madam Meghna,You and your friend ate 75% of the pizza , and only after that came the negative review. If you'd told us after the first slice we would've happily replaced it- no questions asked. I even told you your feedback is valued and that i'd speak to the chef. We treat every guest with care, because for us, customers are like family. But its a bit unfair to stay silent during the meal and complain afterward.Next time, just tell us - we're here to make things right (and tastier!)Warmly,Ena

we had a craving for a drink or a coffee. Somehow we came in front of AZUL - Brews & Bites, we found a place to park the car easily and we went inside. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
