The worst experience ever, they cut my nails dry, without putting on water, and i started bleeding! Im coming visitor from uk and wanted to get some grooming, but unfortunately it was so bad

Got my haircut with a creative director on aug 1st and he gave me a square layer cut which was good but he didn’t cut the damaged ends properly and left the red ends by cutting a little at the ends. He asked me if I want my hair long or short and I wanted it long but that doesn’t mean he’ll leave the red ends as usual!!! It showed as 2200 in the catalog but charged 2300 and still messed up my hair. I don’t know what product he used to wash my hair but I’m suffering with severe dandruff since then. I’ve been getting creative hairs cut from last 8 years and every blow day used to stay for 3 days atleast but the blowdry I got here didn’t even stay for 3 hours. Very disappointing. Better to avoid to save your hair. I got to know about amavi through a friend and recently she got her hair dyed with them and they messed up even her hair.
