Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Try nicely cooked grilled chicken, mandi and peri peri chicken. Order the good juice offered here. The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The terrific service displays a high level of quality at AL RAZI RESTAURANT,KUZHIMANDHI KOTTAYAM. Prices are found democratic here. The spectacular atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I am absolutely livid about my recent visit to Al Razi on June 3, 2025! I went for Kuzhimanthi at 1:30 PM, ordered your "normal" chicken manthi, and while I grudgingly admit the taste was "above average" (a generous 7.5/10), and the place was "clean," that's where any semblance of positive experience ENDS! I faced TWO INEXCUSABLE PROBLEMS: * I made the colossal mistake of sitting in that so-called "indoor" glass-roofed hall. It was an absolute nightmare trying to eat there! The intense sunlight was unbearable; it felt like I was roasting alive, despite it supposedly being an A/C hall! How can you even call it air-conditioned when the sun turns it into a furnace? People were literally sitting down and immediately getting up to move because it was so damn uncomfortable. If it's this hot during the rainy season, what the hell do you expect us to do in summer, spontaneously combust?! It's a complete joke! * And then there's your pathetic service! I sat in that solar oven for a solid 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to approach me to take an order. And after that, it was another 15 minutes of just sitting there, impatiently waiting for our food to appear! To add insult to injury, customers who walked in after us got their food first! What kind of incompetent operation are you running? Is your staff deliberately trying to frustrate your customers? You had better address these GLARING FAILURES immediately! Expensive than anyother shops but the food was Worth the money Best Mandhi I ever had. Piece was normal size. Rice was perfect , the best. Good side dishes . In olden times, rice was very tasty and flavorful but now the price is increased and it is not worth of money. I've tried their normal, alfaham, bbq, perperi, kondattam and honey chilli. perperi and kondattam are not at all spicey and their alfaham and bbq are average. I don't suggest this restaurant and there are many other good mandi spot there in Kottayam. rice is unlimited here but there mionise is not at all satisfactory. there is complement lemon tea and the size of the chicken is you would get only a chest piece.
