"I placed an order today at 6:20 PM from The Bistro - Anns via Zomato. It’s already 7:00 PM and I haven’t received my order yet. As a customer, waiting for this long without any proper update is very disappointing. Timely service and communication are very important, especially for people who depend on online orders. I really hope the restaurant improves on punctuality and customer care."
