Service point of view it is worst manager was behaving like they are catering some illiterate people. We have booked entire venue but he was trying to humiliate our guests siting different conditions at the time of function going on. Literally havan kund is not allowed in the banquet than how come you take booking for any indian indoor wedding?? Banquet looks decent but food option and menu choices are quiet narrow compare to other standard hotels. Music system indoor was awful. Dhol is not allowed in premise so mind these rules because they want tell you at the time of booking but they reveal once you welcome your guests at the venue. You will be harassed unnecessarily In the middle of your ceremonies. Rooms were of OK types but far far from the venue so you have to walk a lot and no service will be given for carrying your luggage. In short there are many other better places available in rajkot must avoid this. Very rude behaviour of staff and manager worst management third class service.
