I had a very disappointing experience at the Whitefield ABS outlet. I don’t understand why there is such a difference in staff behavior between outlets, especially when prices and menu items are the same.The staff here were unapproachable and did not engage with customers properly. This is my second visit — I noticed similar behavior during my first visit in 2023 and was hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.All customers pay the same price, yet the treatment feels as if they’re serving food for free. The poor attitude of the staff completely spoiled the mood, and trying to compensate later with mocktails doesn’t fix the experience.Overall, it was the worst experience, and the management really needs to address this issue seriously.
