9pm bar and cafe is newly opened party place nearby to palolem goa area. Generally, we found very less or almost none number of places for club party vibes on extreme south goa side, but this is the place that can make you happy. This is not a very big place, but vibes they have tried to make are good. Drinks, music and food were good. When I reached this place lilttle early then I found it a bit less occupied but as time lapsed it was about to full. The crowd here is good and ull find many forgainer since it is near to palolem and patnem beach. This is resonable in cost as well. I didn't find this place expensive. So all over if you are near to palolem Beach and if your mood turns up for party then this place can help you happy .
