Food is good for the price but the service for complaint or order mismatch is very poor. I ordered 2 dosa's and the samber and coconut chutney was gritty (there was fine sand in it( kis kisaana ) ) and I called them to complain my issue. First the manager redirected the call to someone, and he didn't responded on my complaint, they didn't even acknowledged it. Sometimes the food is good, i have tried it, but I have faced problems two times. Their management is very poor. If there is any issue after you paid for it. Don't expect them to do anything. Worst policy. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered food from 7 Spice twice in December on the same day but the quality and quantity of the food were very bad They have no responsibility after taking the money. We give them money before the food is served but they send such poor quality food that there is no account of it There is no hearing on complaints about the food, once you take the food and they say that the food is substandard, you have to take it and the behaviour of their staff is also not right then please dont buy food in 7 spice Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Tandoor Roti, Veg Biryani
