Me and my family's experience was horrible. The staff is not at all cooperative. The ambience is very bad, lift does not work. Food was not cooked properly. Don't come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Victorian Vantage, where do I begin? Let's start with the food. Frankly, it was disappointing. Everything seemed drowned in oil, leaving a greasy film on the plate and an unpleasant aftertaste. The lack of flavor was striking; it was as if the chef forgot to season anything. Service was equally lackluster, with staff seeming indifferent and inattentive. As for the ambience, it's a shame that such a beautiful Victorian-themed restaurant is marred by such subpar offerings. The decor is lovely, but it can't make up for the overall lack of quality.
