Today I ordered from Y Ballygunge Place Takeaway Howrah Maidan and one of the Chhanar Kalia was totally soiled, it was slimy and tasted sour. basically it was a spoiled one which was sent to us. it was really embarrassing in front of guests and also it poses a risk of stomach upset due to consuming it. I have a video of it that shows the smiliness but unfortunately I cannot add it here as its only allowing pictures.I need an apology and refund for this, and also it needs to be ensured that the restaurant doesn't send this type of solid food with customers.
