the black forest was fresh and good, but according to my order I was supposed to receive 2 Hampers of pastries with 2 pastries in a hamper but I received only 1 hamper. which is highly disappointing. moreover on complaining to the support team instantly my request was not heard as no customer executive was available at that time.

who sends hand written notes when it was mentioned to write it on the cake!!!!! extremely low standard actions from a well known brand. disgusted!!!
