360° at The Oberoi is a revelation! The coffee is velvety and flawless, with art so pretty you pause before sipping. The Georgian khinkali dumplings and Chinese stir-fried greens—were special requests I made to the chef, and he delivered spectacularly. Each dumpling was plump and soulful, every green shoot glistened with freshness, all made with sincere love and respect. Terrible service … average food and low ambience - I have been visiting for 50+ years but Oberois has really gone down … its definitely not what it used to be in terms of exceptional service during Mohan singh Oberoi but even PRS Oberoi continued the high tradition but after that the son and nephew have ruined the service and hospitality and it is going to the dogs … The Taj - Claridges etc are really coming up in comparison and definitely need to be chosen over the Oberois - after spending 4000 + per person if this is what you get in terms of service it definitely doesn’t deserve to be called any star
