I dined at The Oberoi and was left extremely disappointed. no The Tadka Dal was so excessively salty it was practically inedible. The pizza was served without accompaniments oregano, no chilli flakes, no ketchup. When I requested them, it took so long that by the time they arrived (after repeated reminders and delays), the pizza had turned cold. This was not just a minor lapse; it reflected a complete lack of attention to detail and coordination in service. For a bill of ₹5,546, I expected flawless execution and hospitality. Instead, the experience felt careless and far from the standards associated with The Oberoi name. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
