I had a pathetic experience at 36 Hotspot Cafee & Kitchen. The food was poor in terms of quantity and quality and the service was lacking - the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our requests. To make matters worse, they had this buy one get one offer..that's a SCAM. They will not allow you to buy another meal as per your choice. worst case they will get your order delayed and now they will not let you pack your meal. They also asked for 70 rs additional packing charges for the BOGO meal which was of 270 rs. I mean, how can you take 70 rs packing charge for our buy one get one meal?? Also the bowl size for main meal and another meal was par different . I have added the photo for your reference. This was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
