Absolutely unacceptable experience at 24K Kraft Brewzz. Despite calling in advance and making a reservation, we were flatly denied terrace window-sided tables. The staff kept parroting the excuse that all those tables were “reserved.” Reality? Even after we sat there for nearly 1–2 hours, half of those “reserved” tables remained completely empty, while others had just 2 people occupying 6-seater arrangements. This isn’t just poor management — it’s misleading, disrespectful to customers, and reeks of favoritism. When I confronted the night shift Manager, instead of owning up, he casually said, “I can provide you with a glass window-sided seating.” If this is how they treat guests who call ahead and make reservations, then it makes one wonder if reservations here even mean anything at all. For a place that markets itself as premium, this behavior is downright shameful. Customers don’t expect to be fooled or treated like second-class after walking in with genuine bookings. Management seriously needs to get its act together, because such practices will only drive people away.
