The ambience at 24@43 was really nice, and the staff were polite and welcoming — so at first, things looked promising. But unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. The biggest shock came when we noticed cockroaches roaming around the bakery section (photos attached). That’s just unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to be a 5-star restaurant. We had gone there to celebrate my brother’s birthday, expecting a good experience, but ended up leaving completely disappointed. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place of this standard.
