Disappointed by Poor Management Despite Prior Booking I had high expectations for 22nd Parallel in Vadodara, having heard good things about their food from one of my relative Niraj Vats ( the person who made the booking). However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed—not because of the food, but due to the poor handling of reservations. We had pre-booked a table, hoping to avoid the usual waiting hassles, especially since we were dining with family. To our surprise, even after arriving on time, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes before being seated. There was no clear communication, no apology, and certainly no sense of urgency from the staff. What’s the point of taking reservations if guests are going to be treated like walk-ins? This kind of disorganization reflects poorly on the restaurant’s commitment to customer experience. While the food might be decent, poor service and mismanagement overshadow the entire dining experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, because it’s frustrating to plan ahead and still be left waiting without explanation. Not likely to return anytime soon and not recommended if other options available. Food taste was too much poor totally waste of money. I. Came first and last time. Actually I want my money back . Too much noisy place for dinner, service was too bad. Staff are very unprofessional. No one interested to give customer service proper. No one interested to listening if customer need something. Too much unbreathable place. Conjusted place. Overall very very very bad worst experience in my entire life. I don't recommend this restaurant ever. Guys don't waste your money in this restaurant. Worst super worst. Experience. Bad service we order a lemon juice at the time of eating and he’ll be delivered we finish the dhosa . Also they delivered to wrong dhosa order .
