Disappointed by Poor Management Despite Prior Booking I had high expectations for 22nd Parallel in Vadodara, having heard good things about their food from one of my relative Niraj Vats ( the person who made the booking). However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed—not because of the food, but due to the poor handling of reservations. We had pre-booked a table, hoping to avoid the usual waiting hassles, especially since we were dining with family. To our surprise, even after arriving on time, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes before being seated. There was no clear communication, no apology, and certainly no sense of urgency from the staff. What’s the point of taking reservations if guests are going to be treated like walk-ins? This kind of disorganization reflects poorly on the restaurant’s commitment to customer experience. While the food might be decent, poor service and mismanagement overshadow the entire dining experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, because it’s frustrating to plan ahead and still be left waiting without explanation. Not likely to return anytime soon and not recommended if other options available. Our favourite place... We love u food...... specially pineapple kesar seera, masala dosa , rice, coconut chutney, evrything.....just super yummy Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
