We offer three distinct varieties—Garlic Chutney, which has a bold and pungent flavor; Coconut Chutney, which is mild and subtly sweet; and Peanut Chutney, which blends peanut and tomato flavors. To ensure freshness, our chutneys are made every four hours and are best enjoyed within 30 minutes of delivery, as their flavors may change if left at room temperature for too long. We also store them in ice buckets during delivery to maintain their quality. Our senior team checks each dish twice a day to maintain consistency, and we will revisit the flavor balance and overall quality to ensure it aligns with our usual standards. The first order, the second and the third were all made only after we received the order. You are right in feeling that it could get cold quickly because the time and distance the dosa travels from tava to your plate often makes the dosa, especially if it is a plain dosa, reduce the temperature.
