Dear Shankar, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations this time, particularly with the sambhar and chutney. Our sambhar is freshly prepared each morning and kept in a bain-marie to maintain the right temperature. We hope that the texture of the sambhar, rather than its flavor, may have led to your perception of it being stale. As for our chutneys, we prepare them fresh every 4 hours to ensure the best taste and quality. To maintain their freshness, all our chutneys are stored in ice buckets. Each of our chefs undergoes comprehensive training, which is repeated every quarter, to maintain consistency in all aspects of food preparation at all our outlets.
