This was the most disappointing biryani I have ever had. I ordered fried chicken biryani, but the meat was undercooked. When we raised the complaint at the counter, the staff simply smiled and ignored it. We expected much better quality and service from such a reputed establishment. The worst experience in my life, the service was pathetic. Someone attended after 20 min and a portion of the food was served after 50 min. Request not to venture into this for any dine, the options in Calicut beach vicinity is aplenty and don't take the risk. The food quality was also far below the Calicut standard.
