The owner was absolutely rude... Our car was given to the valet at 8.45pm on 22nd Mar'25... There was a traffic challan received by the traffic department at 10pm... 1000 oaks refused to take ownership of their valet and rudely denied helping their customer even after paying a bill of INR 12k... Customer service down to the drains... Pathetic service... Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

You left your car in a no parking zone and the fine was levied before the valet parked. Payment of a bill is against items consumed and that is of no relevance. It was you who was rude and abusive.
