On my first visit to Pune and asked some local colleagues where to go. They all chose this, so we went.. Great atmosphere, great food and a very memorable time. Maybe not the easiest to find, but worth the effort. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a really disappointing experience at 1000 Oaks. I handed my car over to their valet service, trusting that they would park it properly. Instead, they parked it in a no-parking zone, and I ended up getting a traffic challan in my name.When I brought this up with the owner, I was shocked by his response. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude, dismissive, and full of arrogance. He actually blamed me for using their valet service and told me it was my problem—even though the car was in their possession! He flat-out refused to refund the fine and had no concern for the inconvenience caused.So, if you’re thinking of visiting 1000 Oaks for a good time with friends or family, just know that you might end up with a traffic fine and terrible customer service as a bonus. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

You left your car in a no parking zone, NOT US. A fine was levied BEFORE the valet could park your car. That's on you. NOT US. Get your facts correct. It was YOU who was rude and abusive. ----
