Good evening, so sorry to hear that. We do generally ask every customers before when we take order and the order only leaves kitchen once it’s confirmed to grilled in kitchen or not. Maybe there was a miscommunication with the server, nothing to do with being Korean or not and for our restaurant Korean customers want it grilled in the kitchen more, but we always ask. For the kitchen also it is easier to serve just for the table to grill so there is no reason for us to serve them grilled without asking. Also we dry age our imported pork, and generally serve a bigger portion which is why the price is set a certain point. If you plan to visit again we will make sure to compensate and serve you better.
