I had one of the worst dining experiences at Sri Ayyappa swamy mess erode in Erode. I ordered a parotta with chicken, but the parotta was half-cooked—doughy on the inside and tasting only of maida. I immediately informed the waiter and placed the uncooked parotta aside on the leaf.However, when I went to the cash counter, I mentioned the issue to the owner, expecting at least an acknowledgment. Unfortunately, he completely ignored my concerns and insisted that I pay the full amount. I explained that I had already informed the waiter when I was served, but the owner showed no interest in listening. His only focus seemed to be collecting money, regardless of the quality of food served.It’s not about the price of one parotta, but about the lack of responsibility and basic customer care. Serving uncooked food can lead to serious health issues like food poisoning. My question is—if someone falls ill after eating such food, will they take responsibility for the medical expenses? I do not recommend this place. It’s deeply disappointing to see such negligence and a money-minded attitude. I believe in karma—God is watching how people run their businesses

Overhyped Hotel.Looks like the YouTubers are heavily paid for promotion. Surprised on their unethical behaviour,they force people to buy Non veg platter,you can't have any food without ordering for non veg item.And infront of my eyes a poorman was not served food for not buying Non veg dish and he was told to quit hotel for the reason.
