If you have never tried Indian cuisine, you should order a table at this restaurant. You can order perfectly cooked tandoori chicken, tandoori chicken tikka and zeama. The tastiest dish is the tasty fried custard. It's a must when visiting Cafe Zam Zam to drink good coffee or delicious Chinese tea.

On my second day in Mumbai, I visited *Cafe Zam Zam* for dinner. I ordered one *Burrah Tandoori* and one *Zam Zam Chicken Special*. The service initially seemed promising—they brought the food to my table and even served it onto my plate, which I truly appreciated. However, the experience quickly turned disappointing. While eating the *Burrah Tandoori*, I noticed that the chicken was semi-cooked. I could clearly see traces of blood near the bone joints, indicating it wasn’t fully cooked. Concerned, I called a waiter and asked, “What is this?” He politely responded that someone else would assist me and called another staff member. This second person tried to convince me that it wasn’t blood, calling it “spices,” “chicken juice,” or “part of the cooking process.” His defensive and dismissive tone only made the situation worse. When I raised my voice out of frustration, a third staff member approached politely and asked what happened. I again calmly asked, “Is this blood or spices?” To this, he quickly offered to replace the dish with a new one. However, by then I had lost trust in the food quality and declined the replacement. Unfortunately, the next day I suffered from food poisoning. Based on this experience, I would advise everyone to be cautious and avoid undercooked food at any restaurant—especially when it comes to chicken. A moment of carelessness in the kitchen can lead to serious health issues. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
