Been visiting Wayanadan Cafe for quite a while now-easily one of my comfort spots! My favourites are the Kerala meals, beef kizhi parotta, and kanji — all absolutely delicious. The only downside is finding a seat during peak hours. Overall, one of the best spots around for authentic Kerala food! For lunch I took out food from Wayanadan's cafe. The food we ordered was Kerala meals which came with avial, sambar, pickle, pappadam,fish curry, coconut chammanthi. on the side we had ordered ayla , kilimeen fry and their special chicken kondattam. The fries were good, the sambar had a unique and distinctive homely flavor to it, the fish curry lacked flavor.. Wish the quantity of the chammanthi was a bit more. Overall a 'will try again' place.
