Had ordered garlic bread but unfortunately the bread is not cooked/baked it's raw, chef forgot to cook it & just packed it straight. Very poor & pizza came was very cold it seemed chef was not in mood, we are extremely regular but sadly we have been sent this. Waste of time & money for us

Have had the worst experience ever in my entire life with the dough therapy Matunga East branch. While placing an order directly with them was promised delivery in 45 minutes even after repeatedly asking are you sure you would be able to since you’ll are short of delivery staff they guaranteed 45 mins deliver. To my surprise got the deliver after 1 hour and 30 mins with the coldest 18” pizza. After calling them and complaining they didn’t give a damn about it even though 100% payment was made not even apologetic about it wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone to order pizza no matter how much you’re craving a pizza NEVER ORDER FROM THE DOUGH THERAPY LIKE EVER. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
