This location choclate room was closed . We went without knowing. If the shop is closed, it should be mentioned in the website. Waste of cab cost, money and energy. Very much disappointed.

I recently visited The Chocolate Room at the R.S.Puram branch in coimbatore. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was far below expectations and the price they charged was too high and not worth it, the service was very poor. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an unusually long time to address our concerns. Overall, both the food and service were disappointing and I definitively wont be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
