Subway infinity mall, malad , they are cheaters, i placed online order on Swiggy , and after an hour i get a call from Swiggy, that the food i ordered is not available , then why accept the order if it not available, they said restaurant told so, and when i reached the restaurant personally, it was available . Online me ullu bana rahe hain. Pathetic service, jhoot bol rahe hain. Dont go there. Bekar service. Pehele order le lete hain, and rukhane ke baad , khud order cancel bhi kar dete hain. Customer ki parwaha hi nahi. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Subway Infinity Mall has a huge disregard for its veg customers since they have placed veg and non veg together which totally defeats the purpose of Subway & yeh way they work and serve

Worst service i have ever received by this branch...you have no contact number to contact the restaurant...i ordered my food from here (swiggy) and they took 2½ to deliver my order... Irony is my house is just 10 mins away from the mall...They weren't updating the delivery executive or me for that matter....i tried to contact the restaurant in so many ways possible but i just couldn't reach out to them...very poor quality of work especially this branch. Subway Malad infinity. You kept a hungry customer waiting guys. You are in trouble if you keep doing this. Better get yourself back together and look into this problem. Ruined my woman's day too. Thanks.
