I have seen a lot of good reviews of this place online, and I had high expectations for this restaurant. But unfortunately, it did not live up to it. The food items are very limited and the taste is mediocre. The service is very slow which is not what you would expect from a place of this standard. I genuinely feel constipated ngl. I celebrated my birthday on 18th October 2025 at Spice it Ibis hotel Kolkata which was truly a memorable experience in every sense and loved by my guests. I would like to make a special mention of banquet manager Mr Sujit Das who was extremely hospitable, welcoming and caring and kept all my requests. The food was top class and had good variety and taste.The ambience was bright, colourful and the live band playing in the background added to accentuating the beautiful environment. A word of praise has go to Shahin who served our group excellently and even packed the birthday cake in three packets as I had requested. Overall a superb international class experience . Thank you Joy Mukherjee International Tennis Referee.
