We recently visited Secrets of Ocean Restro, and while there were some highlights, the overall experience was a bit mixed. First, the ambience was fantastic—we thoroughly enjoyed the setting, which created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food quality was also impressive, deserving a 4.5 out of 5, and it definitely met our expectations in terms of taste and presentation. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There was a significant delay in getting our orders, and the staff struggled to understand our language, which made communication difficult. Another downside was the brewery situation—either you have to bring your own, or make UPI payments to a local supplier to have it delivered. This was inconvenient, especially since there was a shortage of brewery mugs at the restaurant, which was disappointing. To summarize: Food Quality: 4.5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 2/5 Overall, while the food and ambience were great, the slow service and lack of brewery management took away from the experience.
