I was quite disappointed with the chilli chicken delivery I ordered from Rima’s, Uttarpara. While the portion was fair, the dish was served in a sealed plastic container, and the heat completely ruined the flavor and texture of the food. What could have been a tasty meal turned soggy and unpleasant. The restaurant seriously needs to improve its packaging if they want to deliver the same quality as dine-in.
