The rating is based solely on the food. The fruit ice cream faluda was good, but the cutlet was only average. However, the hygiene and behavior of the staff were poor. They greeted us with rude expressions, and the presence of cockroaches and flies was annoying. I tried to communicate this to the counter staff, but they neglected it with a dismissive attitude. The entrance to the toilet area was very dirty, and we observed dumped scraps in front of it, so I didn't use it.
