Hi Anushka, We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at Ovens ‘N’ Platters. We acknowledge that we are currently short-staffed and we sincerely appreciate your patience. However, we want to assure you that hygiene is of utmost importance to us. While the cleaning cloths may look similar, we absolutely do not use the same one for wiping tables and utensils. Such practices are not just against our standards, but no reputable establishment would ever engage in such unhygienic behavior, especially in front of customers. If we weren’t serious about hygiene, we wouldn’t have opted for an open kitchen. Additionally, we sanitize our tables after every customer, going beyond regular cleaning. Our standards of cleanliness are extremely high. We always make it a point to enquire our customers about their dining experience when they come to pay the bill at the counter but sadly nothing of the sort was reported to us by you or anyone else. We understand that service may take longer on busy days when we are short-staffed, and we take full responsibility for that. However, we cannot agree with your comments about our hygiene.
