Just went for snack at evening .. Ordered for plate special Showerma.. Staff service is good. Atmosphere of restaurant is good. Neat and clean .. comfortable .. No carparking slot.. It was disappointing when we get our order.. It was cold (feel like prepared in the morning) .. Full of burnt meat pieces . Too hard to chew . Myo was diluted...Kubus also raw.. straight from fridge?.. No value for money ..We stop further order and left with disappointment.. Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Food and Service I had a very unpleasant experience with the take-away order from Zaitoon Restaurant, Navalur. I ordered Chicken Biryani rice, but what I received was Mutton Biryani rice instead. The most disappointing part was the quality of the food — the biryani was burnt, and the rice was blackened with a strong burnt flavor, making it completely inedible. This kind of poor service and food quality is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant that is expected to maintain certain standards. It seems like there was no quality check before handing over the food to the customer. I paid a good amount expecting a tasty meal, but what I got was a disaster. Zaitoon seriously needs to look into this and ensure such mistakes and poor-quality food are not repeated. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.
