Absolutely loved our experience at Zaitoon! We visited with friends and tried quite a variety – the Mutton Biryani and Chicken Biryani were full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and had that classic rich aroma you expect from a great biryani. The Nool Parotta was soft and paired so well with the Chicken Gravy, which was spicy, creamy, and just delicious. We also ordered Dajaj Meshwi and Al Faham Dajaj, and both had that authentic grilled flavor with juicy, tender meat and perfect spices. They really hit the spot for anyone craving Arabic grilled dishes. To end the meal, we had the Creamy Cheese Kunafa – warm, sweet, cheesy, and just melts in your mouth. Easily one of the best Kunafas we've had in a long time! The service was friendly, the ambiance was clean and welcoming, and the food was consistently great across all dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of Indian and Middle Eastern flavors. Will definitely be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We booked their hall to celebrate a birthday party, and everything was arranged perfectly with minimal effort from our side. The staff was highly professional, and their manager, Mr. M. Anzar, carefully listened to our requirements and ensured everything was organized seamlessly. The food was delicious and well-appreciated by all our friends. Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Food and Service I had a very unpleasant experience with the take-away order from Zaitoon Restaurant, Navalur. I ordered Chicken Biryani rice, but what I received was Mutton Biryani rice instead. The most disappointing part was the quality of the food — the biryani was burnt, and the rice was blackened with a strong burnt flavor, making it completely inedible. This kind of poor service and food quality is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant that is expected to maintain certain standards. It seems like there was no quality check before handing over the food to the customer. I paid a good amount expecting a tasty meal, but what I got was a disaster. Zaitoon seriously needs to look into this and ensure such mistakes and poor-quality food are not repeated. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.
