Honest Review: Mama’s Kitchen – Gota Recently tried their unlimited dinner offer priced at ₹394 (including GST). Starters & Main Course Tomato Soup: Really good, fresh, and flavorful. Manchurian Dry: Very delicious and freshly prepared. Paneer Lababdar: Tasted really good. Veg Sabzi: Good quality and taste. Dal Fry with Jeera Rice: Overall a good experience Breads Naan: Very disappointing. It felt unhealthy as it was extremely hard and difficult to chew properly. Not enjoyable at all and needs serious improvement in quality. Sweets & Drinks Gulab Jamun: Very delicious. Must try (served only once). Buttermilk: Very fresh and refreshing Ambience & Service Ambience: Good. Staff & Service: Polite and efficient Overall Verdict Most of the food items were tasty and fresh, especially the starters and main course. However, the naan seriously affected the overall experience. If the bread quality improves, this place can easily offer a much better dining experience. Overall Rating:½ (3.5/5). I had a very disappointing experience with Mamma’s Kitchen Restaurant & Banquet, Ahmedabad. I ordered 4 lunch packs and clearly requested that one meal be made light / non-spicy for a child. But when I opened the food at home, the sabji was extremely spicy. I immediately called the restaurant and even sent my son to show them the dish. Instead of accepting their mistake, they just said “this is normal” and gave no proper solution. I returned one full lunch pack, but they refused to refund my money. Not only was the food not prepared as requested, but the staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. This is unacceptable customer service. Definitely not recommended.
