If you have never come across Chinese and Italian cuisines, you should order a table at this restaurant. Taste nicely cooked coconut soup, paneer and nacho chips that are offered at Mamma’s Kitchen Restaurant & Banquet. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this place is something one can name good. A number of reviewers note that prices are democratic for what you receive. It's usually good to try something new, enjoying the nice atmosphere. I had a very disappointing experience with Mamma’s Kitchen Restaurant & Banquet, Ahmedabad. I ordered 4 lunch packs and clearly requested that one meal be made light / non-spicy for a child. But when I opened the food at home, the sabji was extremely spicy. I immediately called the restaurant and even sent my son to show them the dish. Instead of accepting their mistake, they just said “this is normal” and gave no proper solution. I returned one full lunch pack, but they refused to refund my money. Not only was the food not prepared as requested, but the staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. This is unacceptable customer service. Definitely not recommended.
