All time favourite restaurant….if you want to eat something luxury food with outstanding taste..apart from ambience food is far better than any five star restaurant I have tried almost all the premium restaurants mango, hillock, ITC , Marriott etc, but still this is my one of the best. Unbeatable taste with unbeatable ingredients. I had a very disappointing experience with Mamma’s Kitchen Restaurant & Banquet, Ahmedabad. I ordered 4 lunch packs and clearly requested that one meal be made light / non-spicy for a child. But when I opened the food at home, the sabji was extremely spicy. I immediately called the restaurant and even sent my son to show them the dish. Instead of accepting their mistake, they just said “this is normal” and gave no proper solution. I returned one full lunch pack, but they refused to refund my money. Not only was the food not prepared as requested, but the staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. This is unacceptable customer service. Definitely not recommended.
