I recently visited McDonald's at Millennium Mall, Wakad, and would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. During my visit, I noticed that the dining area was not well maintained. Several tables had used trays left behind, and the tables themselves were not properly cleaned, with oily residue and leftover sauces visible. This made it difficult to find a clean and comfortable place to sit. After placing our order, no staff member approached us to clean the table or check if any assistance was required. While the food service was ongoing, the lack of attention to cleanliness and table management affected the overall dining experience. McDonald's is generally known for maintaining good hygiene and service standards, which is why this experience was disappointing. I hope the management will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve cleanliness and customer service at this outlet. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
