I had one of the worst experiences at Kritunga Restaurant! We walked in at 9:00, only to be told that all biryani items were already sold out. And this wasn’t the worst part—the waiter took a full 17 minutes just to show up and take our order. We asked for a specific dish, and he had the audacity to say he’d "check." Then, we waited another 30 minutes only to be told it wasn't available! This place has no respect for customers’ time or expectations. The hospitality is nonexistent, and the service is as slow and careless as it gets. Honestly, I would give 0 stars for service and a well-deserved -10 for hospitality. If you’re thinking of eating here, don’t bother—there are much better places that actually care about their customers!
