I am writing to express my disappointment with the dining experience at Kohinoor Restaurant, City Center, on 12th March. I ordered 2 plates of chicken biryani, but unfortunately, the food was of very poor quality with a horrible taste. Despite taking only 2–3 bites, the food was inedible. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager/owner and provided feedback regarding the issue. The response we received was highly unprofessional. The manager mentioned he was fasting and would check the food quality after Iftaar, but no follow-up or resolution was offered. We were still charged for the meal, which felt extremely unfair given the circumstances.we paid through upi 340/- ,9*******476. If you read this u can refund on this UPI.... We regret choosing your restaurant and hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food quality and customer service.
