Horrific is least I can say about my Experience on my online experience at KFC app. Executives their are rude and not ready to listen and misinform customers.. Issues are: 1..There is tab to call but call land to someone who ask for city and then shows inability to help then they transfer call again.. what the fun is sharing that no. 2. Then it lands to someplace which is team of highly unprofessional executive who take pride in misinforming customers. You can check my todays call where executive say wait for 10 min for deliver and 10 min never ends. Gives contact no. Of store and those no. Does not exist. Confirm order got cancell without cancelling it and refuse to listen problem. Why are these jokers are sitting there. And at the last after 3 hours of placing order, I have to visit store for cancellation of order which could have been done online.. Entire experience was like dealing with Gangs of Waasseypur.. Never onder from KFC online, otherwise you are inviting trouble. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the quantity of food they serve.. and when asked why image of display shows bowl full of rice they simply tell that audit is going on!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The staff in billing counter is very rude and if any modifications is required so said" change karne walo ki nokri chali gayi". That person should be removed if KYC keep there name in market, Food is good but customer service is very poor Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
