I've had a worst online food delivery experience in my life. I had placed order for chicken from KFC app and it got assigned to this branch around 7-30 PM. The delivery slot was showing as 9-9:30PM and I paid for order online was waiting for my food. In app it was showing my delivery will be done by 9PM. Though it passed 9-30PM I did not receive my order. I was starving very badly and tried to reach out to customer support which is another disaster. They will hold you in line and suddenly disconnect your call after waiting for 15-20 mins. Then I ordered food from other app after 10 PM because there was no way to reach out the rider or the restaurant to ask what is status of order. Around 10-50 PM one person came and delivering our KFC order. I did not accept the order since I had already finished my dinner and on the billing note billing time was mentioned as 8-15PM. But there was no fault from rider I believe since he showed us he received order around 10:19 PM. If the store cannot find a rider then why at first stage accepted my order and made me starve. I did not share the OTP and asked the rider to return the order. I've been ordering food for many years online this is my worst experience. That time I decided we can better order it from some food delivery app than directly ordering from KFC app. Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 1

Excellent service and delicious food! The chicken was crispy and hot, and the staff were friendly and polite. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting again. Ordered online through app. Derive person is not aware of the order until reached and informed after 10minutes. Some has ate and leftover is on desk for almost 30minutes since I entered, informed someone to clear it but no cleaning person available and that attracted more house flies and this caused more of discomfort. This is a self service place and simple common sense to dispose left over or once completed to trash would have been more sensible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Tandoori Zinger Burger
