I recently stayed at Kesaria for two days. The hotel is in a good location and offers decent amenities. However, I encountered several issues during my stay:
- **Air Conditioning**: Despite being advertised as "fully AC," the hotel does not provide air conditioning when there is no electricity. They do not use the generator to power the AC, which made my stay uncomfortable during power outages.
- **Food Quality**: The food quality is good and was one of the highlights of my stay.
- **Service**: The service was below expectations. Even when there were few customers in the restaurant, they did not turn on the AC, making the dining experience unpleasant.
