Ibaco seems to have lost its charm over the years, and the flavors aren’t what they used to be. They should consider offering a limited selection of toppings for the scoops for free ! Paying almost ₹160/- for just a scoop of cream and a topping doesn’t feel worth it . Also, it would be better if they kept the hot water dispenser outside instead of hiding it away. The staff could benefit from better training in speaking more politely and pleasantly. The air conditioning system is pathetic. When requested for hot water the person at counter was throwing readymade answer “ no cups are available. Poorly managed. Inspite of repeated calls to the Manager! Nothing had changed Definitely try their experience though! "

It was great like always, the quality, the toppings are great. But they have increased the scoop size, which makes us buy like 200 - 250 gms in single scoop. I see it as an disadvantage.

My favourite place to visit whenever I crave for a good creamy ice-cream. Chocolate overload, blueberry cheesecake are one of my favourites. There's a huge variety of ice-creams you can choose from. Thanks ibaco
