Our recent visit was extremely disappointing, especially given that we’ve been frequent visitors in the past. We ordered Peri Peri Finger Idli, Chole Bhature, and Mysore Masala Dosa. The dosa was brought out without any accompaniments, and it took several minutes of trying to get a waiter’s attention before they finally served them. The idli, on the other hand, never arrived. We waited for 40 minutes, and only after repeated reminders did the waiter inform us that the coating hadn’t stuck properly and suggested an alternative. We agreed to a Rava Dosa, but after waiting another 15 minutes with no sign of it, our patience ran out. We decided to ask for the bill, hoping at least that would be quick. The waiter presented it immediately—without so much as an apology. While it’s understandable that a dish might not turn out well and therefore shouldn’t be served, the least the staff could do is keep us informed. Once a replacement order was placed, it should have been prioritized. Instead, we were left waiting, ignored, and frustrated. The overall service felt chaotic. Staff were moving around without purpose, and no one seemed attentive to the diners. If you cannot serve customers well, either hire more staff, train them better, or reduce the restaurant’s capacity. Sadly, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning. A restaurant we once visited often has now lost us because of poor service, lack of courtesy, and complete mismanagement. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited ID , Nexus Mall , next to PVR cinemas , few days back , a busy Sunday with restaurant mostly full though there were few tables . There was no one to guide us to a table , which we had to constantly ask the waiters . Normally a closed restaurant has someone to guide us during peak hours especially on a holiday . Then we had to constantly call someone to take order for which they just ignored and went past , multiple times . Finally a person took the order informally ( normally they use devices ) and said we will get the dosas and meals in few mins . After a lot of time ( totally an hour from the entering time) another person asked if they can take
the order ! This was after reminding so many times and asking about the already given order which was constantly ignored . We had to leave the restaurant as it was a high level of cold attitude and disrespectful nature shown towards customers . Kindly train your staff to meet , greet customers and tell about such delays so that we can plan other nearby restaurants instead of waiting close to an hour and leaving with high level of frustration and hunger. Would have given a zero star for such an experience never had in a city like Chennai where hospitality is considered a great ethic . Poor show and disappointed ID !
