I visited your hotel on 17th June and booked a cabin for 1 hour, for which the charge was ₹300 per hour. After approximately 45 minutes, I ordered some food. The waiter informed me that the preparation would take around 15 minutes, and by that time, my one-hour booking would be over. I clearly stated that if any other customer comes for the cabin, I would vacate it and move outside to have my food, to which the waiter agreed. Later, my food was served and I ate it , However, when I went to the billing counter, one of the waiters argued with me very rudely and aggressively, insisting that I must pay for 2 hours of cabin usage, even though I had already vacated the cabin after 1 hour. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and hostile, as if he was ready to start a fight. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I followed the rules and even compromised by leaving the cabin as agreed, yet I was mistreated and unfairly charged. I request the management to look into this matter seriously. You may verify the CCTV footage between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM on 17th June, especially at the billing counter, to confirm the facts. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer has to face such an experience in the future.
