The location is quite noisy mostly bcz of all the tourists causing a chaos on the ground floor. We were given a ground floor room just beside the noisy car parking area so we couldn't open the windows on that side. The room had poor ventilation bcz of that. After complaining to makemytrip, manager promised to give an upper floor room but a few hours later the owner came and refused to show us better rooms. Manager and owner both don't even talk to us properly. Kitchen staff/boys were somewhat helpful, manager never listens to his guests. Service: 2
