It was a restaurant we went to without any expectations, but the service and food there are amazing. I would say it's the best restaurant in the Punalur area. we had chicken biryani it was yummy , and everything there is excellent in quality, even the juice. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had one of the worst food experiences ever at Eatify, Edamon (near Govt. UPS School, on the way from Punalur to Thenkasi). Today, I went there with my family to buy a full Alfaham. I noticed that the staff took the chicken straight from the heater, and it didn’t seem properly cooked. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t check it thoroughly at the shop. When we reached home and opened the box, it was shocking — the chicken looked raw, undercooked, and not even properly cleaned. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a restaurant claiming to serve fresh, hygienic food. Serving half-cooked or raw chicken is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism. Later, I spoke with a few friends, and they also had similar bad experiences with different dishes from the same place. I strongly advise anyone passing this route to avoid Eatify, Edamon. Please buy food from Punalur or other reputed restaurants where quality and cleanliness are taken seriously. Totally disappointed. Not recommended at all. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
