Honestly a huge scam. Very rude and disappointing customer service. I had ordered 6in1 non veg pizza, and they delivered veg pizza. I had ordered at 12pm, when me and my mates were hungry. The pizza was delivered wrong, and when I tried to call them and resolve the issue, they said they could only give a medium pizza, while I paid 999 for just the pizza. The customer service is really poor, as they wanted the delivered pizza back, and they would apparently make us new. I really didn’t want to give it back as it really doesn’t make sense. Is what I paid then has no value? When I can order and pay online, and the store sends me something I didn’t order, and they claim to give me a medium pizza instead as a compensation, what kind of service is this? This is really a scam. I’m utmost disappointed with everything that dominoes offer.
