I purchased a chocolate pudding from Uma char rasta, waghodiya road outlet a few days back. The cream tasted tangy and hilarious, so I wanted the owner to taste that pudding, but he shouted at me for that. He asked me to replace it or take a refund. All I wanted was for him to taste his own product, but he denied it every time and shouted at me. His name is Nilesh or something. He was so rude to me. I told him that I was going to give a review regarding this, and he told me, "Ha ma'am, dijiye ga, sure dijiye ga." My only concern was that he ruined my experience, and he should apologize for this—but no, that man shouted at me. He refunded the money (Rs. 40), and I didn't want that refund. I wanted an apology from his end. He even told me, "Aap bohot baar aisa kar chuke ho," and I was visiting his outlet for the second time in my life. Such a bad experience I had there, and I have tasted Dangee Dums cakes—they are very delicious, I must say. But I am seriously not satisfied with this kind of behaviour from Nilesh.
