Worst experience ever at this restaurant in Haridwar. They mentioned it’s a meal where you can eat as much as you want, but no food should be wasted. So, we took very small portions to avoid any waste. Instead of appreciating this, the staff started making rude and insulting comments, even saying things like ‘they are Bihari, they eat like dogs.’ I tried to ignore it at first, but it kept going on. When I complained to the owner, he didn’t care at all, which shows he shares the same mindset as his staff. Food was decent, I’d rate it 7/10, but the staff behavior was absolutely disgusting—0/10. Best service from there... I also took my family members there... And they loved the food... And l also do... They gave us extra rice.. dal.. but special food they only give once.. but still l like it... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
