as the ambience and food is good but the service provided is pathetic ,there is no proper approach to customer as they have got lots of customer in queue.

I been to family Section with my Dad. The management asked me to get a lady. That will be the family. ( Dad n me is not a family)So I went Home back making my dad wait there, just to get my wife. N as we were there management refused to take order. As they said it's 3pm. How Disgusting ,they should had informed me .
Very cheap thinking.
